Microchips in Humans

One of the largest drug companies in the world, Novartis AG, has announced their plans to begin embedding microchips in medications. The microchip technology is advertised as "smart pills", that are activated by the patient’s stomach acids. Once activated the microchip begins sensing it’s environment and broadcasting data to a receiver worn by the patient, and transmits data over the Internet to the doctor.
Although Novartis plans to start using microchips in it’s anti-rejection drugs for organ transplant patients, they plan to expand to other pharmaceuticals it produces. Apparently, Novartis isn’t planning any clinical trials, since they are adding the microchips to existing drugs; even though few trials have not been done on the safety of swallowing chemicals or heavy metals contained in the microchip itself. When you swallow medication with a microchip inside, your doctor can know if you are in "compliance" with the prescription directions. Drug companies feel they loose billions on patients that forget to take their pills. This usually occurs because of fear of side effects or simply, forgetfulness. Joe Jinenez, head of pharmaceuticals at Novartis boasted that tests using the system has raised "compliance" from 30% to 80% after 6 months from a study with the blood pressure medicine, Diovan. Now you can be gently reminded to take your medication, as you doctor can monitor everything you do, including your bathroom habits. In fact, anyone who has a transmitter can have access to this personal information, since the same type of encrypted pathway is used to pay bills online.
Of course microchips are not food and if you are swallowing several microchips a day, what kind of effect will they have on you? As usual, Big Pharma is more interested in getting a product on the market. If they have to deal with the repercussions later and pay a fine for putting bad medicine out there, then they will just have to sell more drugs to make up for their losses.
The microchip technology has already seen trouble as dogs are permanently implanted with microchips for identification purposes. The results have been cancers, other disabilities and deaths. The Veri Chip, which is intended for human use, is almost identical to the ones for canines.
Scientific studies on permanently implanted microchips on humans to store medical data about them caused cancer in 1-10% of mice and rats in clinical trials. This permanent implant is a proposed requirement of ObamaCare. Even if you say that the "smart pill" will not be fixed to any one part of the body, the real danger is in the constant exposure.
A vast majority of chemicals found in pesticides and other products undergo little or no testing and curiously enough, nearly every major pharmaceutical company has a corresponding branch that creates these toxin and poisons. The very same toxins in our food supply that contribute to the chronic diseases, their drugs can treat. With the sale of pesticides, herbicides and GMO crops they create the chronic illnesses they ‘fix’ with their symptom suppressing drugs. Microchips in medicine may benefit the drug companies and the government but you and I are just a walking tracking device for information and profits.
